Hi, I’m Lauren Campbell, founder of The Inner Brush and a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT, ATR) in New York. I hold a Master of Science from the College of New Rochelle and have been practicing art therapy for over 16 years, working with both adults and children.
I primarily support women navigating daily stress and anxiety, as well as those coping with grief and loss. My approach is compassionate and solution-focused—I listen, guide, and empower my clients with tools to manage stress, regain clarity, and feel more grounded in their lives. Through art and conversation, I help you express emotions, build resilience, and find inner balance. I look forward to supporting you on your path to healing and self-discovery.
